These Terms govern the use of the services provided by Digital New Era Ltd through the Digital 4 Texas website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

We provide website design, development, hosting and support on a subscription basis. Service begins after a confirmed subscription and successful payment.

2. Delivery timeline

We normally deliver the first homepage preview within seven business days. High demand may temporarily extend this timeframe. In such cases, customers will be informed.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate information, materials and content for the website.
If materials are delayed for more than 60 days, the project may be paused or terminated without refund for past payments.

4. Revisions

You receive up to two initial revisions at no extra charge.
Revisions include design or content changes but do not include new features.
Additional revisions may require extra payment.

5. Payment and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe or invoice.
Annual plans are prepaid for the full year.
Payments are final except where law requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

6. Ownership and access

With an active subscription, you receive a limited license to use the website.
With an annual plan, you own the website for the paid period.
Domains are always the property of the client.
Upon cancellation, access to hosting may be removed unless the website is bought out for a defined fee.

7. Domains and hosting

Clients may request assistance with purchasing a domain or hosting service. You remain the legal owner.
Digital New Era Ltd is not responsible for outages, expiration or misuse of third party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if terms are violated or if illegal or harmful activities occur.
Termination may be immediate or follow a 30 day notice depending on the situation.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid during the last subscription period.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Security

We apply strong security practices but cannot guarantee absolute protection against attacks or unforeseen events.

11. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of Bulgaria.
Disputes are under the jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia.
Consumer rights required by law are always respected.

12. Updates

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
